Standard Rate
$120 per hour + materials
We do our best to estimate high and finish low, and you will know what you are agreeing to before work begins.
Community Service Rate
$95 per hour + materials
In certain situations, especially widespread emergencies or when families have already been financially impacted, we may offer this reduced rate.

Clear Before Work Begins
Estimates & Diagnostics
Estimates are free. When hands-on troubleshooting is needed, a $65 diagnostic fee may apply. Move forward with the recommended repair within 14 business days, and that fee is credited toward the work.
Travel
Travel beyond a 35-mile radius from McLoud is billed at $0.80 per mile.
Projects & Financing
Projects over $5,000 require a 25% deposit to schedule, up to up to 6 months out. Financing is available through Hearth.
