You will always know what you are agreeing to before work begins. While things can come up we do our best to estimate high and finish low!

In certain situations, especially during widespread emergencies or when families have already been financially impacted, we may offer a reduced rate:
$95 per hour + materials
We do not believe vulnerability should be leveraged for profit. When possible, we choose restraint and service over maximized profit.

Estimates are free.
Some plumbing issues require hands-on troubleshooting to locate the source of the problem.
Examples include:
• Leak detection
• Drain and sewer troubleshooting
• Low water pressure investigations
• Intermittent plumbing issues
When diagnostic work is required to identify the issue, a $65 diagnostic fee may apply.
If you choose to move forward with the recommended repair within 14 business days, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the work performed.
Travel beyond 35 mile radius from McLoud:
• $0.80 per mile.

For larger repairs or installations, a written quote will be provided outlining the scope of work, labor, and materials.
Projects exceeding $5,000 require a 25% deposit to schedule the work up to 6 months out.
This deposit secures materials and reserves time on the schedule for your project.
